Kathy Ruffatti
Founder/President
Kathy received her degree in Business and Marketing from Roosevelt University in Chicago in 1990. She started her ophthalmic career in 1995 with Marco Technologies as a high-tech product sales representative. It was then that she realized ophthalmic practices were in need of not just cutting edge technology, but innovative ways of implementing these technologies to better improve patient care and practice profitability. This experience led to the approach ROI takes in selling ophthalmic instruments and services. Her reputation with local professionals has made ROI one of the fastest growing ophthalmic companies in the Midwest. |

Linda Grady

Linda graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Business Management. Linda began working for ROI in November of 2009. Linda brings with her 15 years of experience working in various office environments. Her duties include customer sales support, office administration, marketing and trade show organization. |
Amanda Koffski
Product Specialist

Amanda has been working for ROI since January 2010. Amanda comes to ROI with over ten years experience in ophthomology. Amanda spent ten years as a technician; two of those years were spent working at a LASIK center. Amanda also has two years experience working as an ophthalmic drug representative. Amanda’s experience in the many facets of ophthomology makes here a valuable resource to our customers.
